Our World Headquarters are located in Dearborn, Michigan but we have operations across the U.S. and around the world. Each posting will indicate its location and whether it's classified as on-site, hybrid or remote. On-site and hybrid will require work in the location listed in the position.

If you are currently employed by Ford, your W2 can be found online at Life@Ford. For interns or former employees, your W-2 form will be mailed to your current address of record by February 1. If you have not received your W-2 form by February 15th and did not work in a plant, contact HRPP at 800-248-4444. If you worked in a plant or parts distribution center, contact the Salaried Personnel Office at that location.

Casual dress is attire that you may wear at social gatherings away from work or what you might wear around the house, to a picnic, etc. Therefore, casual dress can be much more relaxed than the business casual clothing that is expected in the workplace. Acceptable business casual clothing includes sweaters, blouses, polo or button down shirts, skirts, slacks and appropriate jeans. The company expects employees to use good judgment and professionalism when they dress for work.
